this service

During whole-body Cryotherapy, the client is exposed to very low temperatures (-200 to -240 F) for up to three minutes, which lowers the individual's skin surface temperature significantly and stimulates blood flow throughout the body. This increase in blood flow has been shown to provide the client with several general health and wellness benefits, including:

  • Decreased fatigue
  • Boosted energy levels
  • Reduced chronic Pain
  • Reduced inflammation in bodily tissues
  • Quickened surgical recovery

These benefits make this form of treatment an excellent option for individuals suffering from lack of energy, painful ailments such as fibromyalgia and arthritis, or for individuals going through the post-operative recovery process. In addition to these general benefits, this form of Cryotherapy also provides professional, recreational, and student athletes with advantages such as:

  • Decreased muscle soreness
  • Decreased injury recovery time
  • Reduction in pain and swelling
  • Inhibited inflammation
  • Increased training intensity and athletic performance

There are also multiple cosmetic perks:

  • Tightened, healthier skin
  • Cellulite reduction
  • Fewer skin blemishes
  • Improved skin conditions like psoriasis
  • Weight loss (each session burns between 500-800 calories)
